Harbourfront Centre is Toronto's waterfront cultural centre. Especially busy with summertime festivals it is active all year round. There are many condos in this neibourhood that are very expensive. The Harbourfront LRT runs on Queens Quay and accesses the Harbourfront through public transit. In the winter, the Harbourfront Centre has a skating rink.
